‘Raga Unveiled’ is an invaluable documentary on Indian music made by Smt. Geeta Desai. It is a five hour documentary in full length and on this occasion the two-hour version will be shown. It covers some of the most important historical and theoretical aspects of the music coming from contemporary maestors and scholars. Viewing of the documetary will be followed by a brief question-answer session (5 to 7.30 p.m.) with the maker Smt. Geeta Desai. 

There will be a half an hour break and Indian snacks and bederages will be available for purchase during that period

This will be followed by a sitar recital by Hidayat Khan, son and disciple of Ud. Vilayat Khan with Dibyarka Chatterjee on tabla, son and disciple of Samir Chatterjee.
